HEY I AM MAKING A XBOX ONE EMULATOR FOR 3DS AND I NEED HELP!!!!

First is the 3ds powerful enough to emulate one

Second Is their a closed source xbox one emulator i can copy to the 3ds

Lastly is XBONE3DS a good name for it?
