iirc that game will come to USA/EUR consoles, so I guess there is no need of translation.
I'm pretty sure that Bandai said that there were no plans to bring Fusions to the US or something, I think I saw it on Kanzenshuu.
It's not something you run on the 3ds. It's a computer based dumper by Asia81 I think.
Still, it definitely would need a XORPad. I hate XORPads. So no thanks, I guess.

UPDATE: Ok so I extracted the RomFS and everything is in one file. DOF.cpk. I did a quick look in Hex Workshop and it contains every file. It has a header of CPK and I guess it's a compressed file. This might be a tough one. (I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO REVERSE ENGINEER FILE FORMATS)
EDIT: Turns out Xenoverse and other games use CPK. Maybe this wont be a tough one...

It's actually really common, It's a criware file. QuickBMS can easily decompress it. A lot of Sonic games on the 3DS use that, and still use common BCH and the like files. So it should be an easily hacked game.

Yes! Veeery easy to repack! But a fair warning: This could be a newer version of CPK that has slightly different encoding. If so, I'll go and ask someone to make a QuickBMS script to unpack it.

Ok it's extracted but there's some unknown files like .jtex and .jmdl which contain the textures and models.
Oh, what the hell!? I'll try and help as soon as I save my game (I'm playing Fusions right now)
