Hacking Will this fix the eShop error 007-2001 on a N3DS? Does nand backup also backup games?

I changed the region of my N3DS and installed several games, after doing so I went to the eshop and it gave me an error due to the different region of my account.

I imagine that if I do a factory reset I will be able to create a new account in the correct region, but doing so I will lose everything currently installed on my 3ds.

If I backup my nand, do a factory reset, create the new account and restore the nand afterwards, will I be able to restore all the installed games and stuff and also retain the new account?

Did a new backup of my Sysnand and the factory reset, but you can't create a new eshop account with a region changed new 3DS, unless you've never accessed the eshop before.

So I think that I'm stuck with error 007-2001.
Online still works, I just can't access the eshop or update my games automatically.

You can't access the eShop once you do a region change. That's it.

I saw a few fixes for O3DS, but on N3DS if the console access the eshop even once, it gets region locked.
