Hacking Will the R4i gold pro 2014 work with this firmware?

I have a dsi xl and the firmware i have on it right now is 1.4.5U. The U is confusing. The description says it'll work with 1.4.5. Mine is 1.4.5u and i don't know if it will work. Any insight on this please?

"U" just stands for the region (USA).
Maybe you want to buy a Gateway 3DS if you want to play 3DS ROMs.

Yeah. Although the DSTWO stays the best one.
By the way: It would be better to buy it from GBATemp's official sponsor:

If you want to play 3ds games,use Gateway 3DS,R4i gold 3ds deluxe,MT Card(Firmware 4.1-4.5),R4i gold pro 2014 works with 1.4.5(U/E/A/J).

He has a DSi and no 3DS.
