Uh there is nothing like that for the wii. You have to actually buy them. You can actually download them all with NUS downloader but the result is worthless because the file is encrypted and you need the decryption key.

The Wii shop works the same way as the Wii U and 3DS shops. You need the title key that's in the ticket to decrypt the content. Nobody ever bothered to make a key database for the Wii.

Do you think that with the Wii Shop closing efforts might be made? I'm trying to preserve the following titles. Once the WiiShop closes, they won't be accessible. Some of these titles have also been taken off of the WiiShop, so there's no way to preserve them either, I take it?

I have pretty much every game preserved, but I'm not giving out any links because it's against the rules here. Just remember that they won't be lost forever once it's shut down.
