"In our hands-on time with the Nintendo Switch thus far, we noticed something major: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild doesn’t require a massive install in order to start playing.

Instead, popping in the cartridge into the console gets you into Link’s latest adventure right away. There’s no extra data installation required."

Hm...

That's on switch tho which has faster reading times.

Unfortunately, all the screenshots and gameplay are all from E3 2016. Which don't even show the weather details in the HUD. The retail version would show that, otherwise it would be missing stuff from the Switch version.
If the WiiU version was cancelled how the Data Miner got all that info? I totally doubt he got all that from the Switch version.

Its the WiiU version that needs the 3gb install due to disc loading times. The switch has cartridge.

I'm actually seeing a situation in where the Wii U version will actually install extra data upon first starting the game, regardless of whenever it's the digital version or the disc version. It's probably the extra data that will take up the 3GB of space. It would be more than likely to be stored in the Wii U "extra data" section of Data Management.

lol, some game sites has already the switch and zelda for testing
and in this video, they say there is latency between switch joy-con and zelda
for example you push left, and sometimes it doesn't repond immediately
it's at 16m40s in the video
