Hacking Wiiflow Question...

I been trying several days to get cheats to work with gamecube games. I read somewhere else that a "txtfiles" folder needs to be on root and "codes" folder somewhere else. I have a codes folder on root, as well as in wiiflow directory, ocarina enabled too, still no luck... Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I even tried looking on google for help with no luck there either

Wiiflow directories are set to default in wiiflow.ini, using latest wiiflow version too.
