Waninkoko has made a wii region changer for the wii, it will need a mirror and someone to translate

    thanks to jayparadox for translation

and to Raiyu245 for the linky
and Dirt4life for the second link

    release site

but heres a vid that i made yesterday befor it was out, im supprised non of you found it sooner tbh

    video

    download

    here

    and

    here

you will need to use the downgrader to get the right system setting region to use the wii config setting again, so if you install the japanese region you will have to go "downgrade" to X.XJ, you dont have to downgrade if you dont wana use the settings.

nvm seems I've been beaten to it.

Anyways, nice app. This means we don't need the freeloader or anything right?

freeloader seems to be the better way to go if u have 3.2 as with this ud need to change the region everytime for a different region game.

Gecko Region Free does essentially the same thing and is MUCH safer than this.

saves n stuff are fine, but if the VC games aint region free you will have to revert back to your old region to play them again

i kinda have to agree...without being too cynical, these new apps are great but are not needed, like the downgrader nor region free program. Nethertheless theyre a good poc.
