Is that even possible? Ive seen alot injections to n64 and nds and such so I was wondering if it could be the same with the wii eshop versions of the few games released. Idk which ones support classic controller besides Zangeki no Reginleiv but if somehow different wii games can be injected in that we could have wii games playable on the gamepad.

It doesn't work like that mate.

N64 VC = an emulator, a config file, and a rom: Swap the rom, edit the config = it might boot if you're lucky.

eShop games are like retail games, its like saying if you could swap game files from starfox into SSBU you could play with pro controller..... its not that easy.

Wii games still boot vWii somehow, it's just Nintendo enabled the gamepad use for some games. Could be interesting play all the Wii library with gamepad though.

Would it theoretically be possible to "escape" from a Wii eShop title with GamePad support into the full vWii menu (or even the hombrew launcher / a backup loader) to get GamePad support in other Wii games / homebrew apps?

Not just Wii library, every single library from every Nintendo console. Everything is already there in vWii mode as far as homebrew emulators go.

@SylverReZ, RC Pro AM was made by Rare, and that explains why I liked it. Just learned the other day about a game I loved that was made by Rare and I was surprised lol

why do i feel the sudden urge to start singing pirate's scorn from the donkey kong country cartoon?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Are you being for real, cause that's hard to believe, DK is Nintendo and made in japan, Sea of thieves was from Microsoft, in America. I'm not calling you a liar, just didn't know.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Ok yes they were both made by Rare, but DK was from Rare back then, Rare now is owned by MS. So makes since.
