The Wii's PPC is at least 3 generations newer than the PPC Macs. Even the GC's PPC was more powerful.

The G5 in the PowerMac is faster than the Wii, but it would have required a lot more cooling.

The 360/PS3 PowerPC isn't very efficient, to get it to clock so high they had to take out a lot of things that made the PPC fast.

GCN, Wii and Wii U use CPUs of the PowerPC family. They are built completely different. The assembly language is not the same as on x86 or x64 CPUs. The amount of registers and their size also varies.
The only way to run PPC code on a PC is emulation (running a PPC CPU virtually, interpreting and recompiling)
