Hardware Why is Alienware hated so much among the PC gaming community?

I have 32GB RAM, I just know when I searched for the best custom PC setups, 8GB RAM was suggested as the minimum for PC gaming. Overwatch doesn't look like a taxing game, but I'm not a PC gamer, so I'm not sure. I'd play it safe and go for 16GB at least.
I still only have 4GB RAM. I'm not experiencing any major slowdowns or so, so it works fine for me. It would be nice to upgrade my PC some day though... Still rocking the first generation i7 processor :P

*Shrug* like I have with Dell, they're the most popular brand, or close to it, but something being popular doesn't mean it's good; I worked for Dell tech support and I've seen how bad they are. I wouldn't wish a Dell on my enemies lol. I'd suggest
Acer, Asus, Lenovo, etc instead.
I despise Dell with a passion.
