Who is the one who makes the voice of Nathan Graves on Circle Of The Moon?

I have this question since i've played Circle Of The Moon for first time, I think it is Ryotaro Okiayku the one who gives voice to Nathan, yeah, the same person who played Alucard on Gekka No Yasoukyoku (Japanese Version Of Symphony Of The Night) Because their voices are too similar, just by some difference of loudness.
