Homebrew Where to download NDS ROMs?

Where can I download DS ROMs without any download limit and where I can use a download manager to only download ROMs that I want? For example I go to this page with ROMS 0000-0099 and when I open up my download manager it fetches all downloadable content in that page and I only check the boxes of games from Europe "blablabla.nds (E)".
