I had problems with xampp when I first tried because I couldn't get rid of skype which was using default port 80. I include instructions in the zip on how to set xampp to a different port.

Kernel exploit does not give peripheral access, only for SD.
IOSU is needed to access the USB, this has been answered about 20 times.... again READ, THE THREADS! and stop creating new ones.
