Hacking Where do I go from here? (11.1.0-34U, Luma3DS 6.6 A9LH)

I was able to get my 3DS working again, and I wanted to get it updated to the latest hax and firmware.

It's running 11.1.0-34U and Luma3DS v6.6. Can I update to the latest firmware? Luma-update doesn't seem to work for me, so I planned on manually updating. I don't have my OTP.bin if that matters.

The OTP no longer matters. What you should do is upgrade from A9LH to B9S so you can use the latest everything.

Once you've upgraded, then I suggest updating your OFW to 11.6 so you can play the latest games.
