Now seems nowhere to get the dstwo card. And it is said that the dstwo plus will be out on May 18th.

If you checked the dstwo offical site you will find the confirmed news from dstwo admin that dstwo has stopped product for ages and will never be available anymore, but the team said their new card named dstwo plus for both 3ds and ds games will out soon.
