Apple Where can I download old version apps?

My ipad2 is on ios7, I can't download chrome, adobe and youtube, etc....
they all ask for ios8 or higher.

Get a Galaxy Tab 4. They are very cheap. Less then $150.

As @dpad_5678 stated, buying an Android tablet is a great alternative, but if you're low on cash you can try jailbreaking your iPad.

Jailbreak your iPad and install an IPA installer/distributer like Cakes (haven't owned an IOS device in years, but a quick Google search should yield better results). If lucky, you should be able to install an older version of those apps.

I got an air2 and give it to my little brother, and I dont want to waste his resource( reuse his ipad2).... btw, it's a JB ipad...... I just can't find any site or repo for old version apps
