When I extracted the zip, it automatically created a folder called starter and put the contents in there, so thicko me just copied the folder over to the root...

OMG, just copied the contents to the root and I now have the homebrew launcher :-)

That's normal. Try it again. The homebrew launcher isn't very stable.

Honestly waithax is of course a great programm but if you have to run it multiple times .. youre going to end in a SammyClassicSonicFan rage level

How do I launch waithax? it doesn't say. Nothing in the Homebrew Launcher menus....

The only Kernel access I know is the KFC app on my phone

Yes, 4 files in the files9 folder (safehax.3dsx and safehax.smdh, svchax.3dsx and waithax.3dsx
then arm9.bin in the root of the SD

Reloaded the homebrew launcher and no sign of waithax in the menu anywhere

Thanks Mr Putin, that worked. It's now on a dos style screen that mentions KSemaphore 3 times and 16 seconds between updates.
I guess this is where I leave it for an hour and book myself into a Specsavers appointment?

Right then, it's been about an hour, the exploit says Success.
So I pressed Start to Exit and it went back to the Homebrew Launcher and then clicked on Step 11: Launch safehax

How both screens are just blank.... What now peeps?

That game is free. Get it from the eshop.

There will be better guides in 1-3 days. This is the cutting edge. If you're getting confused - just wait a bit.

I can't use the Browser because it says "a system update is needed"... If I do an update, won't think update the firmware on the 2ds and make it even harder to do?

It's actually just as easy on 11.2, but you can use ctr httpwn to access the eshop and other services without updating.

Well confused now. Tried running Safehax from the Homebrew Launcher and says ! PM INIT FAILED! Press [Start] to exit.

How do u use htpwn etc?
