I'm getting a 360 soon, Is 5 mbps good. Or should I upgrade to 15 mbps?

That speed is plenty for 360 man. Should be fine for hosting games as well, maybe not huge games but average.

Whats you upload speed? That is what is gonna make the biggest difference.

I'm on 512k/128k and Live seems to work pretty well. No hosting games for me though

A 5mbps connection is more than enough for live.
