i really like the r4i gold by the .cn team with the wood firmware. its a clone of the r4 ultra (by acekard) but its really well built and the wood firmware does many things right.

I love the hell out of my Acekard 2i, I use it way more than my Supercard DSTwo

Well, from what I've learned it all depends on what you want to do, and the two main choices are either the Supercard DSTwo or the AceKard's 2i. Most people say these are two of the best choices you can make, and it all depends on if you prefer to have a slot-1 gba emulator, and also it has (I believe) the best working SNES emulator as well. While most AceKard users say that the NDS rom rate is superior to it. I don't know this myself, but I've heard countless times. Please also note: I'm not trying to down the Scds2, all I'm saying is that I've heard that it was better, does NOT mean it is. Yet, the price tag is a bit heftier on the scds2. I was also linked a chart to help decide which card to get, yet I'm still fairly new, and ended up getting the AceKard 2.1 before seeing this chart :l. (Which I should be getting in a few hours ). Hope this helps a bit!
