Hacking What is happening with Xenia?

I am a great lover of Xenia emu.
But, the site I usually get the latest updates from (EmuCR) hasn't had a xenia update for about 2 and 1/2 weeks now.
What is happening with Xenia?
I noticed the devs are still working on it.
I don't understand how to use the source code.

Does any one know another website that has the latest updates of xenia ready to use?

Yes they do, but it seems there has been a bit of internal problems between devs and I just want to make sure everything is ok and add my two cents worth in IRC every now and then.
I just need to know if they are releasing updated code still.
