The most we know is that it's going to use a Tegra SoC, most likely a custom X2. So GPU/CPU wise, not exactly good news compared to the other consoles.

Nothing on RAM or storage space, though. There was a "leak" of specs by some hacker I guess, but it's just a rumor. http://pastebin.com/UD1Vx9rf I just hope it's not accurate >.>

it'll sure as hell be better in terms of specs than the Wii U, at least I assume.

I want Switch ports of every major Wii U game so that I can ditch the Wii U. Seriously the Wii U Gamepad and the sluggish UI are just aweful.
I also want and expect a Virtual Console (all games must be re-purchased full price of course) and finally downloadable GC games. The Shield Tablet with its X1 chip already proved that it is powerful enough to emulated GC games at a playable framerate.

i was going to say skyrim, but we already have that.
Good third party support
all the borderlands games (including 3 when it comes)
a real hdd for the docking.
Sd for the handheld

(3ds game support with both small screen and tv?)

You're really butthurt about the storage space...

I'm already sold but I would like to see Project DIVA ports on it.

Gamecube VC.

Do you even know how much power it takes to emulate a GCN?
I mean, afaik XBOX, PS2, even less GCN aren't emulate-able consoles on the go. Much less the wii and beyond. Guessing the Switch use a top notch tegra and nvidia chipsets, it wouldn't still be enough to emulate those, i think.
GCN in special was the most powerful of the 3 consoles of that generation...

If it's even possible 3DS VC would be a nice touch, but obviously without the 3D as the tablet lacks it.
Actual 3rd party support on par with its competitors ps4pro/xbox1.5 (can't remember the name of the new x1).
They'd have the advantage of portable gaming against the others, but they will still lack power... I see the switch more like what the WiiU should have been in the first place. a nice portable device with actual TV-out support and decent specs.

I want BotW to look more like the reveal trailer on the Switch. I have a sinking suspicion that they used Wii U footage on it, as the screens in the advertisement are simulated of course. If they really really want my money, they should have a BotW Limited Edition model. Aside from that it's everything I want from a non-PC gaming device. Though very unlikely, stereoscopic 3D would be awesome.

If they go for the Unoptimized-Software algorhythm (which they will go) then meh, is not going to be possible such emulation.

I'm talking about the technical capabilities of the chipsets they'll use.
That's why i used android as an example, i haven't seen a portable GC/Xbox/PS2 emulator done with those chips or similar...
