I forgot about tearaway. That uses the camera to film your face, project that into a sun and then point out that the protagonist should follow that. It also uses the touchscreen on the back in perhaps the only good use on the Vita: to allow you (as in the one holding the Vita and tasked to guide the protagonist) to push your fingers through the world and push away enemies. I'm not sure if it's really breaking the fourth wall or just using the existence of that week in a very meaningful way.
