When I maded a website for myself, I usually use Joomla or Mambo. However, a large website like a University or a Company, you wouldn't want that little "powered by so and so" thing at the bottom. Is there a way to purchase full rights to such content manager and web theme and such?

-edit- sorry for the confusing title, I am actually too lazy to code a website myself.
