I am using usb loader gx to play Wii games...........
Harddisk: sata 80gb............and installed 20~30 games...
when I use wbfs to manage the games, the following message prompted:
hd num sector doesn't match: No error

it can't list the games of harddisk
it can't install game
it can't delete game
i cannot do anythings in WINDOWS using WBFS!@!!!!!!!!!

from this forum, seem there has so many expert or programmer which are strong at WBFS............
as I don't want erase all the games and reinstall again by reformat, can anyone solve my problem?
thanks a lot!

I think you're using WBFS Manager, which is a windows program. The thread you're posting in is about an equivalent program (sort of) for linux, so you should probably ask somewhere where people are more likely to know about that.

It seems like this thing works perfectly except that it always copies scrubbed games over as 4.4GB. Is there no workaround for this?

it's no worse than if you pirated
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
it's probably better, because not all keys on key sites are stolen

plus piracy is not always an option

i heard a related story for a dev actually

they bought their own game on a key site and checked where they came from and it turned out they were review copies he had given out by email to someone
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    *all* of them
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
no storefront I'm aware of (at least on pc) requires the devs to pay for the keys they generate
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
they don't lose money doing this, even if someone decide to chargeback
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
so that seems to be a pretty common thing, i kinda blame the dev for that one though as they were giving out like 5 keys to someone just because they asked for multiple copies for review for whatever reason and there were multiple people doing this. he should've seen the red flags
