Well it didn't help that it was on a delayed release for the Wii U and the game managed to bomb before it ever made it over.

So it's not much different than the delayed Wii U port of the first game

Edit: Checked system requirements, seems my PC can run more than the bare minimum (as the first Watch_dogs was badly optimized on PC).
