yea i wanna know if anyone here knows japanese or is fluent or something. I need some help writing some words using it. During pictochat or when changing ur user name u can choose the japanese function.

Does anyone know which type of japanese writing system is used?

I know there is 2 used and one is romaji. Can anyone tell me the other one?

And if so can you please Write "Fat" and "Boy" using romaji, katakana or hirakana

Also i'm new here so i'm not sure if this is the correct place to create this thread

EDIT: btw, ??? is correct.

If you are going to write it how you say it, it would be ?????not ???, but as someone already said it's ????

Also it's not correct to say "????????????", it should be ??in place of ?......

well damn, i always get particles wrong

Well, particles ARE a bit difficult, especially with a number of them flying around each sentence (not to mention grammar phrases that are like particles...)

Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji. Kanji are Chinese characters used to shorten sentences (technically that's their purpose).

I don't think Japan adopted Kanji from China to shorten their sentences. Kanji are ideograms used to express meaning not to shorten sentences.

By the way, what is it with you guys and your obsession with ????'s?

i was basing it on the idea mokujin=woodman(person) ninhonjin being japanese person
and isn't nin an alternate of jin?

i didn't use kanji as the guy wanted to type it in his DS and DS doesn't handle kanji

as i am sure you know but ill mention it anyway ??? is the same as ???

some of the best selling games on the switch are wii u ports (that are priced way too high

$60 for a game that's a decade old might be unheard of on PC but actually is not uncommon on consoles

especially Nintendo because they only ever lower the price of games when they do a greatest hits/platinum hits/players choice re-release

@The Real Jdbye, and the HD collections released for 7th gen consoles too
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but they don't seem to have done any of those for the switch yet and maybe never will

@The Real Jdbye, tbh the HD collections are more justified since they include more than just 1 game per copy
