Gaming Using cfw online ?

Should I be ok using a cfw 3ds online with the browser and using pokemon trading ?

I actually do own the cart for pokemon ultra moon. Would like to use browser for youtube but I just play games offline right now. I know some said as long as you don't cheat etc with online gaming.

I've used CFW online and ran into no issues.

I play Super Smash Bros. online all the time just make sure to have spot pass turned off.

Bans on 3DS are pretty much not happening anymore, so yeah, unless you do something super obvious there's no need to worry.

No problem for me using CFW for ultra moon, like Jdbye said, unless you do something super obvious then no worries!
