I know this is possible by downgrading TWL_FIRM and stuff on cfw 3ds, but, would it be possible to modify the homebrew launcher to bypass the ds mode flashcard protection for old carts?

I don't think such thing is possible on Ninjhax2.0/Ironhax/Oot3dhax/Tubehax as it's just a userland exploit or >9.2 firmware
