Hacking Use bottom screen for GBA games?

Is it possible to use the bottom screen for GBA games? I have it set like that in my DS system settings, but the M3 seems to ignore that. Is there a setting anywhere?

You can do it with Touchpod, but not Sakura.

Using Touchpod, just go into the settings when you click a game and it should show an option for it.
Sakura as far as I know doesn't have that option yet.
