Any way to control screen brightness independently? DSLite

My top screen is much brighter than the bottom. Almost like the bottom is 1 step behind. So when I have brightness 4 the bottom is more like 3. Is there any way to control each one independently to get a better match or fine tune the screen settings like in Rosalina in 3ds?

Pretty sure that's not possible.
I know it's definitely not possible on DSi.
