Hacking USB drive isn't recognized by Nintendon't after switching from another drive

Hi.
'till today, I used Nintendon't with 16gb FAT32 USB drive.
Today, I switched to another USB drive, of 64gb that doesn't have FAT32 format naturally in Windows' format tool but I managed to format it to FAT32 with 3rd party tool.
It works fine with USB Loader GX, but not with Nintendon't.
What should I do? It is very important to me, and I can't use the 16gb USB drive anymore

Does the new USB drive have the exact same files and folder structure that the old one had?

try to format the drive with 64k or 32k cluster sizes.

What does it do when you try to launch nintendont, it just goes back to the system menu?

It has the same file and folder structure as the old one, and when I launch Nintendon't and select USB it says "USB FAT COULD NOT BE RECOGNIZED!" and gives me a black screen with error code

Did you use this to format?

If not, try it. Use 32k or 64k allocation unit size

Also, make sure it's plugged into bottom back USB port, but I'm sure you already did that

I didn't, I used something of Sandisk I think.
Tho it works fine with USB Loader GX, is it really necessary to format? And if it does, if I uncheck the quick format box will it keep all the files?

No, you will lose the files, whichever way you format.

Copy all the files to your computer, format it again, then copy them back.

I don't know if it'll work though...

I formatted the USB drive to 32k allocation unit size, I'm pretty sure
I'll wait for more answers
