Hacking Updated Successfully but Software Corrupt

So I recently updated atmosphere to 0.11.1 and Switch to 10.0.0, all looks good in settings and I can boot to CFW like I normally would.

Only problem is, none of my software is working now, it's saying it's all corrupt and must be redownloaded (doesn't download however, probably because of 90DNS). I currently have my software backed up on my desktop for emergencies, is there a certain way for me to get my software working and also without losing save? I'm a bit of a noob with all this

Okay sorry, I'm stupid and paniced too quickly. Didn't know "Signature Patches" had to be updated. Grabbed them literally a thread below

You need the patches for atmosphere for Firmware 10.0.0 but i dont know how you can find they. I am not uptodate, dont have a pachted switch anymore.
