Hardware update after 3.0?

hello i'd just updated my wii to the 3.0 firmware and now like one hour later the blue light is there. Is there a new update? Or is there an update behind 3.0, and if what does it?

I think it's just a quick fix for the internet channel bug
The verstion stays at 3.0
(not a 100% sure, but look around there's tons of topics about that)
