Legit cias will stay, but only if their legit. Upgrade the Ninjhax payload to 10.5 before upgrading. Install menuhax 2.2: https://github.com/yellows8/3ds_homemenuhax/releases
Browserhax works.

Fast question, can I do a System Transfer from an Old 3DS XL with emuNAND on 10.5 to a New 3DS XL with emuNAND on 10.5 and everything will be transfered?
Because I have non-legit cias and games from other regions, they will transfer just fine or no?

I don't know much about emuNAND, considering the fact that I don't have one. However, non-legit cias will most likely be removed.

Yes, replace that folder over the old one.

Oh ok, thanks. I just figured since people would have a emunand there would be no reason to go on the eshop since you can get updates/dlc as .cia.

the exploit to downgrade was pached in 10.4. if you update past that you cant downgrade

because i can acess to the broswer without updating so thats means i can use the broswerhax.. i try all the methods and nothing works always stuk there.

Okay, quick question for you guys. (Please answer it if you can!) I'm currently on 10.3 and have installed Menuhax 2.2 on my 3DS. When I upgrade to 10.5, will I still be able to use Menuhax, or will THAT need to be updated to accommodate the new firmware?

Well, I managed to install emunand but for some reason menuhax stops working out of nowhere. I had to do the browserhax 5 times through the installation until the emunand.

Browserhax is so unstable, yesterday it took me 3 tries, then 7, then 5, and now it's been 4 hours.

Is there a point where browserhax becomes unneeded/obsolete? Because I seriously don't want to deal with it ever again once my CFW is installed.

I got it to work but I forgot to make a theme folder, so I have to restart from 0. Don't worry, this thing is hell no matter what, for everyone.

Well, it worked again. I hope this time menuhax stops malfunctioning afyer 24h.

When it doesn't work, I get the basic "The browser has stopped working" bla bla. It's a generic message.
I'm downgraded to 9.2 so I don't have version issues, just O3DS issues.

if you are on 9.2, just use menuhax if you can.

you didnt use tubehax dns and tried to use the browser, and now nintendo is trying to force you to update. there may be a workaround. or you used a gamecard to update to 9.9 which doesnt include a real browser? something like that
