Gaming Unsure of the song that this is a cover of (Splatoon 3 Lobby Theme 9)

I've recently been looking at the BGM files used in Nintendo's Splatoon 3, and one of them interests me: BGM_LobbyVersus_Sub_09, otherwise known as Lobby Theme 9, and I'm fairly certain at around the 1:02 mark, that this plays a cover of what I believe to be a 90s song. The problem is, I don't know which song it is, and that's why I need help.
