I have 2 of the dev men apps one work and the other one will not work how to i unstalled the one that does not work?

Do you remember which one you installed first? (And also if they are the installed to SD or NAND?)
If they were installed to the SD, you can check under System Management, recently installed titles will be near the top of the list, which might help you work out which is which.

    If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.
