Hello. I have an R4i 3DS card, when i place the card into my 3DS (Ver. 5.1.0-11e) and try to go on it I get a message saying "An error has occurred. press and hold the POWER Button to turn the system off. Please refer to the Operations Manual." so i downloaded the new firmware 1.67b, put it onto the R4's micro sd placed it back in the R4 , then placed it into my Ds lite to attempt to upgrade it. turned it on loaded the R4, clicked the config option, then upgrade, but there was no option to upgrade, despite having been on a earlier firmware before i placed 1.67b on it. Really stuck as to what i can do, any help would be appreciated.

Usually, firmware updates for a flashcart come in .nds format. It is supposed to run from the game menu. Did it come like that?
What website is the card from? And for gods sake, don't post with a custom color. Hard as hell for us to read if we're using the dark theme.
