I have tried but the thing is, there is no -4 otherapp. 11.0.0-4U is pretty much a broken firmware version.

Browserhax is way out, your browser is out of date and disabled.

What actually happens when you try to use soundhax (or OoT3Dhax)?

An error has occured and the system will restart. And then it restarts.

As has been said before --- SoundHax does not use the browser. The browser version of the otherapp payload only has to be equal or higher.

So basically, use the 11.0.0-33 otherapp.bin to get soundhax working.

Hardmod can save you for sure. Not sure about the another way.
