Hacking Trying to get back into things

My new 3ds xl is completely gone, like the micro sd is missing, the battery is gone, the charger is gone, the bottom plate is gone, and im gonna buy everything itll be around $40 but my question is if I do this, would i even be able to repair it? I used to have custom firmware and i don't know if i bricked my 3ds by losing the card, completely out of the game so please explain it in non advanced terms, thank yall

Buy or borrow a battery and try to turn on.

Depending on what happens you can decide later if buying all the other stuff makes sense. Take some micro-SD for testing purposes from another device. Can't be that hard to find one for temporary usage. Custom firmware might require arm9loaderhax.bin or boot.firm on the SD if no copy exists on the internal NAND.

if ya search google yes. ninty killed freeshop and the other cdn downloaders over a year ago.
