Hacking Trouble with custom CSPs on Super Smash Bros 4 Wii U

I was trying to get custom CSPs on ssb4 until I ran into a problem with converting the .nut file into a dds file. I opened the InjectPack in a command window and typed "nut_check.py chr_13_Sonic_09.nut" then pressed enter but got an error that read; "Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Users\Sammy\Desktop\Wii U modding\InjectPack\NUT_check.py", line 9 in <module>
nut = open(sys.argv[1],"rb+")
IndexError: list index out of range"

Any help?

    I went to auction at a mom/pops video game store few months ago that was closing, and bought 11 slims for $200, 1 was DOA but 10 work fine. so hella deal. Already rgh3'ed 8 of them. But most younger kids don't even want anymore, unless it plays stupid "fortnight", or newer shit.
