So i bought a replacement top screen for my original DS. I was able to open of the shell of the console and take out the broken screen. However, i can't seem to get this new one working properly.
When i power on my DS, the top screen lights up, but nothing is showing on the screen.
I'm guessing it has to do with one of the two ribbon cables not being seated properly.

Which cable is causing the issue? What's the best way to put the cable is place?
I was having a lot of trouble trying to get it in.

I don't think they are damaged. The screen is brand new. The screen lights up. And which ribbon cable. There are two. A big and small one
