ROM Hack [Translation Project] Phoenix Wright - Ace Attorney Trilogy 3DS [Fantranslation]

I would really like to try to translate the trilogy into my native language. I am a one man team so it'll take a while before any meaningful process is achieved. Can anyone PM the necessary files or explain me how I can obtain them from my digital copy of the game?

I upload the whole file tree. We don't know where the dialogues are, but we do in fact know that all person's information (Age, gender, description of them) are stored as simple pictures. Therefore we can translate them but not the dialogue.
Maybe we will find someone who can help us determine where these dialogues are.

In the 3DS Translation Thread this Project is called Released for the German Translation, im kinda confused is it released now? Where can I get the Translation and how do I apply it tho?
