Hacking Transfering WiiWare from one SD Card to a new SD Card

Hi, I have a 2GB SD card that I've already installed quite a bit of WiiWare for the SD Card Menu. I've decided to get a larger SD card now. Can I just use my computer and copy the files from the old SD to the new SD, or would I actually have to use the Wii's Data Management to do it?

You should be able to transfer them straight to the new SD card. As far as I know the encryption isn't hardware specific, just wii specific. So as long as the wiiware is used on the same wii it should work.

    The trick for me was to go into the settings and crank up the Wiimote sensitivity to the max and it gets twitchy but you can win that way lol
