Gaming Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE - Why no title update in EUR?

Just looking at Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE, I notice that the JPN and USA versions both have a title update available, but the EUR version does not.

Anyone know why? What was in the TU?

The USA and EUR versions were released at the same time, so it's not as if the EUR version was released later and came with the TU built-in.

Answering my own question, from a bit of research and as far as I can tell, there was no real update for the game in USA or JPN. What there was in those territories, but not in EUR was a pre-load system, where you could download the game in advance of its release date but it wouldn't play until you downloaded a small day one update. In EUR they didn't do that, as far as I can tell, so the game is playable straight away with no update.
