Homebrew There needs to be an emunand on wii...

They should really make an emunand for a wii, just so that you can do tesing without worrying about bricking your real nand.
It will also be good for testing wads and new cfw...
I just think it will be necessary..

there is emunand on wii, some tutorials even say how to install it so you can install stuff on it without bricking the real wii..

No, I'm not trolling... The problem is, I'm afraid that I'm gonna brick my Wii.
I read a thread about how to install an emunand on wii, but it only works on wiis bought after 2010. I don't know how to tell when my wii was bought or made. How can I tell?
I have a black wii. I want to be sure that my wii is extra safe.

I don't have priiloader, but I do have a bootmii!! The last time I tried to make a nand backup, It gave me an error saying I don't have enough space. I did delete alot of stuff on my sd. I think I need to reinstall bootmii though, but I'm not sure.

you need 512mb for make a nand backup.
you also need to make a nand backup to use as sneek

That sounds like bullshit to me. emuNAND should work on any Wii. ModMii has an "Abstinence Wizard" to create a softmodded emuNAND without ever touching anything on your real NAND, so I'd suggest trying that.

Having both is largely pointless as far as brick prevention goes. Priiloader doesn't do much for brick prevention anyways, it's good for system menu patches though if he wants that.
