It's not very Luigi, it's more Animal Crossing/Peach, that sort of patterned style.

Luigi should have something more like the green of his cap with the L on it, or spinning caps, or something, but that looks pretty crappy sadly.

Scattering luigi's everywhere doesn't look good.
A luigi leaning on the right edge of the 3ds and a logo with luigi or something on the left will look nice.

I'm sure it would have been better if they had like, two Luigis on the front giving a thumbs up or something, and a green Nintendo logo between them.

They should have made the whole thing green or something, with luigi's face on it, similar to the pikachu edition. This just doesn't look too good.
