Do the buttons loosen with use?
The battery pack looks uncannily similar to that used in the GBA SP. Mind checking that bit out and do a swap? It might improve the battery life from that measly 3 hours.
Is there any means of controlling the LCD brightness? Again, it might improve battery life
Do all the screws require a tri-wing screwdriver? Or would a Philips head do the trick?
