hi, just got a backup of The Godfather 2 USA version, verified 100% with abgx360.
Anyway, I didnt run it for 3 days cuz the official release of the game is 7 April.
Well, Today is 7 april more or less in the USA region (hm, I guess its sometime in the night there).
Will it be ok to play the game now? even if its only "the first hours" of 7 April on USA? Don't want to get ban.

If you were going to get banned from the game disconnecting from the internet wouldn't help you.
Once you reconnect your 360 it will upload what time you played the game to a live server, thus if you were not supposed to be playing the game your gamertag would likely be added to the ban list.
This is all hypothetical ofcourse, we don't actually know how microsoft bans people.
Its just that playing games before the release date is high on the supposed list of reasons why.

I don't think it works like that.

When you're offline, your system time setting could be way off due the the fact that the clock resets everytime the console loses power. Going by the offline timestamp to detect people playing early is not very accurate.

Which is also why achievements obtained while you're offline are not timestamped when you check your xbox.com gamertag.
