This problem occurs because the boot firmware on the computer generates lots of memory fragmentation.

Note Not all "BlInitializeLibrary failed XXX" errors are caused by this issue.

3DS, Wii U and Vita literally only got this far in regards of piracy because some cool guy leaked shit. You're gonna need to hope pretty badly the same happens on Switch. Devs nowadays are a bunch of attention-hungry tumblrinas who then play along when their shit get leaked so they can stay relevant.
